Surroundings of Strba, and the possibility which it offers to you

The High Tatras are one of most visited areas in Slovakia. Your stay in these mountains thanks to their high altitude, clean air and climate especially upon diseases of respiratory track and allergies. The High Tatras provide also a wide range of sports as well as cultural activities throughout the year. In summer there are many possibilities like hiking, recreational trips, mountain climbing tours, swimming in indoor pools and in thermal swimming – pools for pretentious tourists. These mountains are the paradise for all lovers of winter sports in winter. Štrba is situated directly at the foot of the High Tatras on the edge of the Tatra National Park.

Our house, being situated directly under most known area Štrbské Pleso, is a very good starting point to the entre the High Tatras, the Low Tatras, the thermal bathing pool, open – air museum and caves. The most popular is trip to our castles and manor – house, beautiful Middle Age town Levoča with church, to Zamagurie, Slovak paradise and Poland.

Surroundings of privat offer a lot of possibilites for relax, leisure and sport. From walking through our beautiful nature, mountain climbing tours, ball games, rafting down the river, ride a horse or by bike in summer;skiing, cross – country skiing, skating, tobogganing in winter. The ski slope near the hotel is covered with snow not only natural but also artificial.

12 tracks ( 770 - 3363 m) with easy till difficult severity
- capacity and number of ski-lifts: 11 ski-lifts, 4 cable car and 1 cableway with capacity 10 700 people / 1 hour

Liptovsky Mikulas:

Tatralandia - thermal swimming pool - length cca 55 km
Tatralandia je the bigest aquapark in Slovakia, which you have to visit. Running of aquapark is year-round thanks to the thermal water.
